A source is context for creator work. Submission does not transfer ownership or create permission to reuse third-party material.
User-submitted sources
Links, uploads, and descriptions supplied by the user. Users must have the right to submit private or owned material.
Public sources
Public availability does not mean public-domain ownership. Platform rules, licensing, attribution, privacy, and transformation still matter.
Owned and licensed sources
Owned or properly licensed media is generally the clearest lane for direct transformation and publishing.
Source context
Where implemented, Clout may preserve bounded timestamps, metadata, hashes, thumbnails, transcripts, or notes needed to operate and support the workflow.
Removed or changed sources
Third-party sources can disappear or change. Clout Chaser does not promise continuing access to material it does not control.
