Service
Clout Chaser provides creator opportunity, source, production, and related product functionality as made available to the account. Features, limits, pricing, and availability may change as the product develops.
No performance guarantee
Opportunity intelligence, scores, suggestions, and creator outputs do not guarantee virality, reach, revenue, engagement, platform placement, or any other result.
Your submissions
You must have the right to submit source material and instructions. You remain responsible for legality, accuracy, permissions, disclosures, and platform compliance for anything you publish.
Third-party material
Clout Chaser does not grant a license to third-party source material merely because it is public or referenced by the product.
Plans and billing
Paid access is governed by the plan purchased through the configured payment processor. Feature and capacity availability may vary by plan and implementation state.
Acceptable use
Use is also subject to the Acceptable Use Policy and Source Policy. Requests or accounts may be limited or suspended for legal, safety, privacy, abuse, payment, or operational risk.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the product, commercial offer, and applicable legal requirements change.
